• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, except for cases when customer asks for a Gift Card as refund method.
• Refunds issued to credit cards can take up to five (5) business days to be available in the bank statement.
• If the return was made by mail, the refund can take up to 15 business days to get processed after the package is received. You will be notified via email once it has been done.
