Maaji gives the User a chance to return the product. However, any return associated to the products delivered to the User should be done by fulfilling the return form (click here) or sending direct e-mail to help@maaji.co, and our team will reach out to you with further steps to proceed. For items listed in sale apply different terms and Conditions
For the United States and Puerto Rico:
• All returned items must be unused, unstained, damaged free, and unwashed, with all sales tags and hygienic protectors, as received.
• After your order is delivered, you have up to 30 days to request a return (full-priced items).
• After your order is delivered, you have up to 5 days to request a return for items purchased in the Sale section, and up to 30 days to request a return for full-priced items, with no exceptions. Please note that Sale items can only be refunded as store credit.
• Select the items you'd like to return by specifying the reasons they didn't work out.
• For full price items, select your preferred refund method: Original Payment Method or Gift Card.
• Print the prepaid shipping label provided by Happy Returns and mail in your return package.
• Once the pre-paid label is provided, you have up to 15 days to ship the return, otherwise the label will be cancelled, and the return will not be accepted. No exceptions.
• Shipping costs on all returns will be assumed by Maaji.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges. However, you can return your product and place a new order.
• Original shipping charges will only be refunded if there is a quality or delivery issue.
• All refunds will be issued to your original payment method or through a Gift Card once the return is received by Maaji.
• The refund can take up to 15 business days to get processed after the package is received by Maaji. You will be notified via email once it has been done.
• In-person and mail returns are only available in the United States and Puerto Rico. For returns from other territories, please contact our Customer Service team at help@maaji.co
For other territories:

• Once Maaji is aware of the case, we will contact you to inform you which carrier will be assigned to pick up the product. For this, you must generate the shipping label, share it with Maaji, and schedule the product pickup.
• You should advice Maaji your preferred refund method: Original Payment Method or Gift Card.
• For products located in the sale section or that have any discount do not have exchanges or returns except for warranty. No exceptions.
• Shipping costs on all returns will be assumed by Maaji.
